Ya llega la versión número 65 de la Feria de Cali y la ciudad se prepara para conocer en detalle -este jueves 10 de noviembre- lo que será la programación oficial para el año 2022.
La Corporación de Ferias, Eventos y Espectáculos de Cali – Corfecali, tiene previsto que a las 7:00 de la noche la plazoleta del CAM se engalane con una pequeña muestra del Salsódromo y un corto y vistoso desfile del Carnaval del Cali Viejo, como preámbulo a lo que será el máximo evento artístico, musical, cutural, deportivo y turístico de la capital vallecaucana.
Por ser una Feria incluyente, este año habrá más espacio para que propios y turistas aprecien los cuatro desfiles previstos: Salsódromo, Las Fiestas de mi Pueblo, Autos Clásicos y Carnaval de Cali Viejo, por lo que los mismos saldrán desde la calle 13 con autopista sur -a la altura del puente del Hotel Turístico La Luna- hasta la autopista sur con carrera 39, a la altura de la Ciudadela Deportiva Jaime Aparicio, en 1.5 kilómetros de recorrido, bordeando el carril derecho de norte a sur.
La hora de salida estimada de la salida de los desfiles es 3:00 de la tarde, a excepción del Salsódromo que partirá a las 5:00 de la tarde
Según el director operativo de Corfecali, Fernando Pérez, este año la Feria conmemorará tres momentos: Los 15 años de fundación del Salsódromo; los 100 años de creación del Carnaval del Cali Viejo y los 10 años del fallecimiento del maestro Jairo Varela, a quien en esta versión número 65 se le rendirá un homenaje especial.
Para que en esta sexagésimaquinta versión se aprecie lo más selecto, se convocó al sector artístico a inscribirse para participar en los defiles, por lo que las escuelas de baile y las comparsas de Cali Viejo podrán diligenciar el formulario hasta este viernes 21 de octubre, el cual está disponible en la página www.corfecali.com.co
